Avatars in Pristine forum blocks

I am using Pristine and am unable to have avatars appear in the forum blocks yet had them appear on my original forum skin.

Is Pristine a skin? You'd have to ask whoever supports that.

Yeah I already have but they never got back to me, I think they moved on to another software or interest. It's ok I will leave as is, less graphics heavy the better I guess.

Can you post a link and/or a screen shot? A link would be better so we can see where the avatars were supposed to be before.
