Trouble posting pics

I am having trouble posting pictures in a post. When I try to all that shows up is a link to the picture. I have tried using the Insert Image and Attachments buttons. I'm not displaying a WYSIWYG editor button so I was using the non WYSIWYG method. Would like to get the WYSIWYG button to show up too.

I tried this but I don't see those paths in the Admin CP.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls
Set full editor,Quick Reply and Quik edit to Enable Standard & WYSIWYG controls and click save.

I believe that was a bug in some verson or other. Do you have the latest patches?

Is there an update for that level. I didn't see one

There is a patch level 4, but I don't know that it addresses that issue. Hopefully someone else will know what the deal is with that error.

OK, I'm able to post pictures now but only with the method that does not use WYSIWYG.

I still can't get the WYSIWYG editor mode button to appear. It would really help if I can get it to display.
