Username html markup/usergroup imgs not showing on "last post" part of forum rows?

So on most other places on the forum, any username html markup/css or usergroup icons does not show on the "last post" part of forum rows, as well as the "Started By" section underneath thread titles.

How do i get this to show? It shows on other parts of the forum like chatbox, who's online, etc.

If you need me to find a pic of what im talking about lmk.

Is a mod necessary here? Is there really no feature to do this by default? I mean obviously it works in some areas, why wouldnt the markup be able to work in all areas?

Nope, a mod is necessary, if it were not, then the names would be showing with the markup already.
