problem with my guests session

im my forum the cookie timeout is 1000 but it works only on members i have always more then 60 guests online and when im clicking on who is online i have 0 guests inside the guests not wanna reset how can i fix this?

can you make a test account that has permissions to see whos online

In who is online i have 0 guests but in the forum stats i have 120 guests my cookie timeout is 900

As ForceHSS stated, it would be nice to actually view the problem.

Also, have you tried this on a default style? Have you tried this with all plugins disabled? Are all your files totally default?

Make sure you are not using fake stats plugin .. may be installed by other admins

Been giving him support via pm once he tries the last things ie check plugins for fake guest plugin I believe it will work

Well, the first thing to check is your Who's Online Options in Settings > Options
