[vB v3.8.7] Help with a custom forumdisplay template.

Hello vB.org community!
I don't really post here, but I am really in need of help from some more skilled vB "skinners".

I've been working on a custom vB 3 style for a while now, but I just cant seem to make the forumdisplay template to look the way I want...

Wish list:
> I want the the 1st row removed so that the 1st row the forum icon row.
> Make it so that the "New Thread" link is in the tcat.

Basically, I want it to look exactly like that image I linked above.

Should you wish to pay someone, post in the Requests for Paid Services (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30) forum. The users that watch that forum do not even look at this one. Also it is the proper place to ask for paid services. :)

I believe there is an addon that does that.... I think I have it on my test site.. I will check in a bit and post back. Hour or so...
