Hi guys I know this shouldn't really be asked here but I've been waiting for a reply from tapatalk for nearly a month :(
Basically I have this error in my log mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Class 'xmlrpcval' not found in /var/www/vhosts/mysite/mobiquo/include/common.php on line 295
Do any of you understand what's the problem and how to fix or if needed next best to tapatalk? I will just remove it.
Thanks for your time guys :)

To me it sounds like you are missing a file, or they did not include a class. Best bet is to wait till they answer you as this is a question pertaining to their mod.

Thanks for replying tho ozzy :)
It can also be because the PHP extension XML-RPC is not loaded.

Upload the package again, allowing overwrite. Sometimes that file gets corrupted for whatever reason.

Yeah, I ran into something like this a couple years ago with Tapatalk. This sounds likely to me.

Is this something they would need to fix?

Nope, you have to enable the extension in your php.ini file.

If that don't work, then do as Dave suggested. If you don't know how to do that, ask your host. :)

I'm seriously thinking of deleting TT and maybe going with the mobile suite. Have you seen their latest app update? A complete mess.

Also, when upgrading such things, you should do a complete backup before doing so. Just in case you run into issues, you can restore the backup and not be faced with trouble. :)

Have your host install the php extension. It is very simple install.
I agree that the new TT app is a bit messed up but I believe they will fix it. I think it is important to give forum members the option to use it.

Have you seen the discussions over on the TT forum. Universally despised by everyone and the consensus seems to be that they will not change it.
No big deal really, I simply went to apkmirror and downloaded a previous version and made sure auto updates are turned off.
Forum Fiend is looking like a viable alternative, early days for it yet but the developer seems keen to improve it.
Aside from that, the built in mobile style in vB seems to work reasonably well with phone browsers.

Feel free to send me that apk. :) I am looking for an older version than what is there if possible.

4.9.5 is what I went back to, seems to work ok and is miles better than the 4.10 rubbish.
If you need an earlier version you may have to do some google searching.
Alternatively, try Forum Fiend.
