Multiple account with only email account

I search hack for have multiple account with one only email account, but I don't find this similar hack for this. Anyone could help me with this?

Go to Registration options in adminCP and edit "Require Unique Email Addresses" to no.

I would not leave that set like that for good, this is one way spammers hit sites.
