Private reply button

Got this request from a user:

If you want to PM a user about one of their posts, you have to reply with quote, and then copy and paste that into a PM. I think it could be useful to have a 'Reply privately' or 'Private reply' button next to 'Reply With Quote' which does this for you. It's just a suggestion to save a bit of time.

Seems like a great idea. What is the URL to do this, if possible?

You can do it here but dont think vb4 has that option. Just click a users name you will see the option is that what you mean
