Hot Threads Enabled

Hi,

vbulletin manual says that to enable hot threads I have to go to "Forum Display Options (forumdisplay)" https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/vboptions_group_forumdisplay

When I open this page I don't find Hot Threads Enabled.
