Lithuanian Language Package & Ticket system.

I am wondering if anyone got Lithuanian language package (xml), I really want it important, also is there ticket system plugin or modification for vbulletin 4.2.2, if yes I want it please.

Obviously, if no one has replied, then no one that has read this has one. :(

I did a search, and came up with nothing. So best bet is to translate it yourself.

We use the Language Manager, and the new language, setting up all the settings, then translate every phrase you find.
