Backlink checker plugin for dead links

Has anyone a backlink checker plugin for finding dead links in a forum? many user posts links and after a couple of year, the links are dead. but that ist bad for google and the own website.

for wordpress is this a great tool

Just out of curiosity, you are talking live links here, and not coded links?

it's easier with a plugin, so i must change all by myself. the plugin would be automatic with a button press ^^

There were a few mods that once did this, but they stopped working correctly IIRC.
