how to import product?

I am new user to vbulletin. I have purchase vbulletin today and i am trying to import product name kbank system on my forum. I have unzip the file and copied all the file to upload folder but when i tried to import the xml file on vbulletin forum its shows error "Please upload the files and directories inside `upload` in the package." Can anybody tell me what actually is this error i tried a lot but i am not being able to fix it. Can anybody tell me how can i fix it. Looking help towards from support team and senior member of vbulletin user. Please help me to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
