Banner in tghe first post centered

Do you know if there is any Mod to insert a banner/advertising/image on the fisrt post on top centered? (after the thread title)

In the default options of vbulleting, we can insert and image or a banner on the first post, but aligned to the right (i want to have it centered).

Yeah it's close to what the user wants, except it is at the bottom of the post, which IMO is much better. I would run from a site that had a thread title, then a ad, then the post content. :)
