default landing page vbulletin 4

I have always been able to set my CMS as my landing page. It is set as default under the navigation manager. For some reason guest are being sent directly to the forums.

Any ideas?

It only affects me when I am not logged in. if I go to content.php then everything works fine.

yes, for instance if they click the link the homepage comes up

The seemed to start after I installed 4.2.3 Beta 3

i just redirected by commenting out everything in index.php and adding the following. Curious to the root cause though.
header("Location: content.php");

By doing that you are breaking the navigation manager functionality.

You need to find the root cause, not edit files.
