Are you sure it is still enabled? ACP -->Settings -->Options -->Thread Display Options (showthread) -->Enable Who Read a Thread

What page are you talking about - the forumdisplay page where is says "Replies: xxx Views: yyyy"? Can we get a link to see it not working? Did you create a default style to see if it works there?

To create a default style, create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Set this as the default in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Styles & Languages > Set Default Style. Then go to Maintenance > Clear System Cache. Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

And, have you disabled all your plugins to see if they are causing the issue? Have you tried to Rebuild the Thread Information (Maintenance > General Update Tools) and then Rebuild Forum Information?
