QUOTE and EDIT POSTS doesn't working

HEllo. Yesterday i've changed server. After this change QUOTE and EDIT POST doesnt working.

(Vbulletin 3.8.7)

When i press QUOTE or EDIT POST button im facing an empty text area.

This error for only my user (admin). Other users can do this events.

Can anybody help me please?

i found something about this error.

This problem occurs at old posts which posted before server change. Me and other users can quote new posts.

It could be a different version of mysql but it should behave the same for all the posts really? have you tried repairing the post table? or at the very least update counters?
