Let me start again, I misread your post the first time. Go to AdminCP> Ads> Choose the ad that is located below the navbar & edit it to display if user is browsing style (whatever your new style is)...
Or you can create a new ad> Admincp>Advertising>add new ad> Global> click on the navbar area> Below navbar> enter code, display this ad if: choose the style you like, click the active box, save

If your ad shows up on a totally default style, but doesn't show up on a custom style, then most likely they removed the needed template code to display the ads. I'd suggest looking at the modified template and comparing it to the default template and seeing if the code is missing. Another thing to look at is the Ad Templates themselves. If that particular ad template is modified, then the contents in the modified template will override anything in the Advertising Manager.

Lynne: I'm quite new in VBB, could you please show me the particular file which i must compare? i knew i want to check default templates but i don't know which file and where it is.

Go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager > click Edit Templates for your custom style > double-click the Ad Location Templates link to expand them. Are any of them in red? More specifically for that location, is the ad_global_below_navbar template in red? If so, that is your problem. If not, then it is a custom template problem and you should ask your designer to add that ad location back into the template.
