How to do this header style ?

Dear all,
Could you please show me how to do/code this style ? I just want my header with width : 100% with repeat x of 1 picture and one logo stay on it . This is the demo ( Logo area ) :

Easiest way is with the StyleVars. If you have a background similar to that one I would suggest setting your background in the StyleVars > Global > doc_background to the background you want to use. You can also set a repeat of x there and a background color. If you created the background properly it should look fine. Then go to the header portion of the StyleVars and take out the header background and make it transparent and then make sure your logo is a png and has no background to it and upload it to your server and then change the logo (Titleimage) in the StyleVars to the new place of your logo.
