When saving.....adminCP will timeout

having a frustrating time with my 3.8.x forum where when ever saving changes to (ie. Template, username, usergroup sections) will constantly give me this error after 90sec(see pic) But other functions will save correctly (ie. vbAdvance). Must be running into memory cap issue.

Help is greatly appreciated....

What is in the error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)?

figured it out...I had to goto admincp>maintenance>repair/optimize tables and I ticked all boxes and then scrolled down to "options" and click continue.....and now can FINALLY save in the adminCP.
I believe the issue may have been the:
glowhostspamomatic_log
glowhostspamomatic_remotecache
which had a large "overhead" in relation to its "data length".....
