How to edit quote notification settings

When quoting what a member typed in the mod forum, that member will receive a notification that they were quoted so they know something is up. The notification will read like:

02:53 PM - Admin quoted <their member name> in post Hidden

Is there a way to set it so a member isn't notified when their are quoted in a forum in which they don't have access to view?

I believe that's a mod, so you need to ask that in the mod's thread.
