I get an email every post

Everytime there is a new post in my forums I get an email.. Is there anyway I can turn this off.

Check admincp > Channel Management > Show All Moderators and click to edit your permissions there and make sure Receive Email When a New Topic is Created and Receive Email When a New Post is Created are set to No.

yes both are already set to no ??

You aren't set to be a Moderator of any forums? If so, Edit those permissions. Are you subscribed to any forums? And what do you have set for your user > User Settings > Notifications?
