VB 4.2 Users moderation issue

So I have had issue with my forum www.frontiernation.org allowing people to sign up and then never hit the "Users to moderate" control panel. This has happened before and I needed to change email addresses on the site to fix this.

Any ideas here? My other forum doesn't seem to run into this issue.

why do you need to change their emails for not understanding that

no sorry.. The email for the forum.. something about yahoo or gmail.. its been a little bit but they were not working well with the vb software.

It wasn't pushing the confirmation emails

admincp/settings/options/email options
Use Mailqueue System = No
Use Cron Based Sending = No
E-Mail Send Delay = none
Enable '-f' Parameter = try yes if it makes no difference put it back to no
SMTP Email not sure if you have this on if not dont worry about it
