Help after domain change

Need help if anyone has the time in giving any suggestions:

First problem are icon mages.

Checking the icon images in admin - they all exist.
Checked the database url and they exist properly there.

However on the forum www.sportscar-racing.com they show as broken images.

Hovering over the image the url points to http://www.xpower-racing.com/forum/images/icons/icon2.png and not http://www.sportscar-racing.com/forum/images/icons/icon2.png

Second problem is that when making a post - the options you would normally see are all missing such a centre, image, adding link ect. EDIT: Searching its the editor toolbar is missing.

1.- Have you changed the domain URL at admincp-> Settings-> Site Name / URL
2.- Check at: Styles & Templates-> Style Manager-> Style Variable Editor (on the right of your style). Scroll down to Image Paths and check if maybe there is a refference to your old domain there.

Fixed the images. For some reason the individual images Smilies - Icons - had the full url added under the Left Hand Control panel.

Still can't find the fix to add the editor toolbar. I know it was there - now nothing.
