Set the Amount of Video Attachments?

How do you set the amount of video attachments that can be put in a post?

This manages all attachments. There is no limit per attachment type, that I know of.

ACP --> Settings --> Options --> Message Posting and Editing Options --> Maximum Images Per Post: 4
