Looking for a specific style - AS 'Dial Up'

Hi. :)

I'm looking for the 'Alien Sector 'DialUp' blue skin. I note we have a 3.0.x version here that's retired however I've seen at least two 3.8.x boards using this (or an upgraded version of) it. Unfortunately that domain has expired.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

It is from vbstyles/staindog it looks like bluestain without some of the fancy stuff. Its the colors/icons without some of the extra markup. I don't think it was ever called dail up
