How do I remove these little numbers beside the sub forum ?

AdminCP > Settings > Options > Forum Display Options > Show Users Browsing Forums > No

That's set to No and it still shows the little numbers.

Does it show the numbers on a totally default style with modifications disabled?

You can close this, I figured out how to remove them.

AdminCP > Options > VSA- Sub Forum Manager > Add thread/reply counts to sub-forums > Show no counts
