Quick Reply for Guests

Hello,

Current setting in my forums is that Guest - Unregistered / Not Logged In - cannot post replies.
Am looking to display "Quick Reply" for Guests. But when guests click on it, it should take them to vbulletin error message.
Like how it is done in this forum-

Please let me know how this could be done - any admincp setting, template modifications.

Thanks for the pointer.
But what am looking for is below -

-Guests in my forums do not have permission to post replies / threads.
-But "Quick Reply" box be shown for Guests in the showthread page
-when guests try to enter message in "Quick Reply" box and hit submit button, they will be taken to vbulletin error message page where they will be asked to login / register.
