code for registration?

I'm looking for a mod or an activation code is sent to a member by the admin from a predefined list. the code can be used only once. the only hack I found that doing this is it. but there is only one code.

It sends an activation code and it can only be used once. It's what you asked for how is it not what you wanted?

sorry I misspoke. My Registrations are closed, and I have wanted only those who receive a code to access the registration form
