Facebook select forums option?

I've searched around the mods and in the facebook connection options to see if I could select forums (specific) to post updates to my forums facebook page, however I cannot find anything that would specifically do this. I am looking to take 1/2 forums that when posted in would automatically post in my facebook page for me instead of manually doing it.

Does anything exist for this to happen? As I said I searched around for a mod but I cannot find exactly what I am looking for.
