Problem with Facebook Connect

I receive the following Warning with Facebook Connect

The following permissions have not been approved for use and are not being shown to people using your app: user_about_me, user_activities, user_birthday, user_interests, user_likes, user_website, user_location and user_work_history. Submit for review now or learn more.

In the Facebook app, in order to request the app for submission I must have a logo and banner and some graphics in which i do not have. Is there any way around this.

I do not want to have the error display if people use the Facebook connect option

How do I not request this information?


In the Facebook app i do not see any section to add or remove.

In my forum I do not have those options enabled either. (Request personal information)

I just have the Like feature turned on.
