"You posted to many times in this section"

I am looking for a plugin that increases overall activity. If will give you 10 posts in the sections of your choice, which after it will display a message saying "You posted to many times in this section, how about posting in the lounge a bit". After they post in the lounge they may now post in the other sections 10 more times and the cycle repeats. Is there a plugin like this? I am on vb3.8

There is no plugin like this that I have seen you could try posting in the unpaid section to see if someone could make it for you or paid section for a small fee.
