I was just recently told that my site could use some optimization.
I now started looking into a CDN for the site.
If i got cdn from http://www.maxcdn.com/ , would that work with vbulletin or would it cause issues?
I am willing try anything to make my forum speed increase.

All it does in theory is deliver static content based on the users location, hoping it is closer.
The only optimization work you need is image compression. A CDN won't do that.
Here's your performance: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140827_XR_1D9/
Load items 20-24 are killing you. Example:20: http://forbiddenjutsu.com/WP/wp-content/uploads/Forbidden+Jutsu+5.0.jpg
1,231.3 KB image/jpeg
Quality 85 optimized size: 342.0 KB (889.3 KB smaller)
It can be almost 1mb smaller and not lose any visible quality: Optimize images (http://www.webpagetest.org/pageimages.php?test=140827_XR_1D9&run=1&cached=0)
This test is only valid if that's your site in your signature there.
Who told you you need optimization? Someone who is selling such services? They are either woefully uninformed, or straight up lying to you.
Fix the bloated images and you're set.
If your site is optimized you don't really need a CDN. If your site is not optimized, a CDN really doesn't do squat for you.

Now he is, before he was not, till he added the htaccess stuff. :)Sweet. Nice job.
He doesn't need a CDN, he needs to take 4mb off his page load by optimizing those massive images.

Correct. :)

Yes, thanks for the info @ozzy47 & @Max Taxable.
I will reduce the file size of those images & i hope that reduces a couple millisoconds of load time :D

It most certainly should shave some time off the load time. :)

Probably at least four seconds.

What site or program could reduce the file size ? but keep the same lenght & width of the images?

Grab the optimized images right from this page, http://www.webpagetest.org/pageimages.php?test=140827_XR_1D9&run=1&cached=0

Do i just click save as on every image? or do i have to do something else?Yes and for each image, click "analyze jpeg" then select the smallest one out of the three that will come up.
Example:
Call #20 Optimized (http://www.webpagetest.org/jpeginfo/jpeginfo.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fforbiddenjutsu.com%2 FWP%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2FForbidden%2BJutsu%2B5.0.jpg)
Do this for each one you see in the first link.

Yep, that's the beauty of that site. :)

It will usually be the third image they show after you click "analyze jpeg" but pay attention to the file sizes, take the smallest one.
After you get them, just re-name them to match what's on the server, then upload to overwrite.

:D
It worked, now the speed results have improved once again.
From this:

to this:
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140827_CQ_29P/
What is left for me to optimize so that i can also get a good grade on the First Byte Time.

Yeah congratulations. Alot of people don't take all the advice and just try to half-ass it. Or they want a magic bullet. The magic bullet is work.
Look at how your total bandwidth usage per pageload went down from nearly 5mb to only just under 700kb.
EDIT: oops I had tested your main page before, not the forums. Here's what you have done for the main page:
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140827_2J_2YS/
Still, that's half the bandwidth and the load time is cut in half.
You still need to fix item #24 for even better results:
