What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified whenever new updates are available.

* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.

* Marking a modification as installed also helps me know how many people are using my work, giving me extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.

I appreciate the support!

Hi, does this work if they make a normal post, but then edit their post to add a link?

im not sure if that can be stopped. i had to edit the time of users to edit their post.
example: i had members posting 10 posts then coming back and edit each post and adding links. when i changed edit time to say 5 minutes they couldn't edit to add there link. im guessing you most likely have done or thought of that. just my 2 cents.

Hi, I came across an issue today, when this mod is enabled it causes the RSS Feed Manager to stop working. When I run the scheduled task for the RSS Poster Robot it would show this error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function clean_array_gpc() on a non-object in /home/*****/public_html/global.php on line 22
With this mod disabled it would work fine. Would you be able to look into this at all? Thanks. :)

You did not load the files that came with the mod.

It appears as if you have uploaded the files incorrectly.
Please drag and drop the contents of the upload folder (use Ctrl+A to select all files) to your public_html folder. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2015/01/19.png

That's true, but usually I end up waiting for a bit before hitting the Mark as Installed. :p

Ahhh, but sometime people forget to come back and mark it, then they cry when there was a security update and they were not informed. :)
