editing the rules for signup - adding links

I found where i can edit the rules that people see when they sign up.

I have the rules, terms of service etc posted in main forum and wanted to post a link to it. What code do i use to provide a link?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. If you go to view the rules at showthread.php?t=xxxx, then that would be the link you would post to - <a href="showthread.php?t=xxxx">RULES</a>
