Go to ACP --> Maintenance --> Repair / Optimize Tables

Check the Check All box, and then scroll down and click on Continue

Then see if you can reproduce that error.

there are some Results "Table is already up to date" and "Warning: 2 clients are using or have not closed the table properly"

That is normal, just repeat the process, will probably not give that message the second (or third) time.
