Chaging forum URL

Hi guys, i am about to change my forum URL. Its a 10 years forum with more than 170k members and more than 2.3 million messages.
I would appreciate advice from someone who has done something simmilar regarding best practices and things not to forget, like:
- Using 301 to redirect from old url
- Replacing all old links in the forum to the new one with a script in the DB
- Updating url in webaster tools

anything else ?

In admincp, make sure you change the AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name/URL/etc > Forum URL (and any others set on that page) as well as Cookie Settings > Cookie Domain (and any others set on that page). Look at any modifications and change URLs there. If you modified templates, check to see you didn't hard code a URL there. And, if you have any custom files, make sure you don't have any URLs hardcoded there.
