registration problem

I have gone to the settings/options/user registration options and clicked yes that I would like a user to use multiple names. they are listed as members but I get this error when they try to see any pages:

Sorry, you are not authorized to view this page.
Please try logging in or logging in as different user Login or send a message to the admin

what am i doing wrong?

Keep that setting to no. Is this for your whole site or just some sections

There is a moderation list and they need to be activated so I found the problem .

Do you have to create the list of moderation? or How you gave solution?

Would appreciate your support, I have the same problem, and I know how to solve.
