Change spacing in "welcom message"

Well, a bad title, but i don't know what else to call it :P
In the top of the forum you have the text
-Welcome Nickname, you have etc etc unread messages.

Where do i change the spacing in this column?

Link to site please, as that "you have etc etc unread messages" is not standard.

Also do you want to add spacing between all of them, or just between the, Welcome Nickname and you have etc etc unread messages?
