What specific CSS code should I edit to change Mobile Style colors?

Just going through the jquery.mobile-1.0.min.css at the moment wondering where to edit.

I want to change the quote color and header colors to match the site's name, Orange & Blue Global.

Anyone been there and done that? It's pretty full on.

No longer works. Do not use on VB 4.2.1
