I am trying to change my forum logo's default hyperlink (the forum main page) to something else. What do I need to change in the header template in order to do this?

In the header template, find this and change the link in red:
<div class="site-logo header-edit-box">
<a href="{vb:raw baseurl}/"><img src="{vb:stylevar titleimage}" data-orig-src="{vb:stylevar titleimage}" alt="{vb:phrase logo}" title="{vb:phrase powered_by_vbulletin_title}" /></a>
