Have you tried on a unmodified default style?
Have you tried with all mods disabled?

Then you would have to get in contact with your styles developer.

For the commas, look into your what's going on template, online users.
Scrollbars are caused by overflow: auto; in your CSS templates somewhere.
Overlapping of the text is caused by incorrect padding and/or margin of your blocks.
