How to add Google AdSense code?

I added the code on my main website (WordPress) so easily, can you guide me step by step where do I put the code in my vB3 forum?

I want one code for the top wide banner and another on the side which is vertical

on top in all pages:

- open header template , put code In the end
OR
- open navbar template , put code In the end or at the top
