Customize My Profile.. freezes?

When anyone on my site tries to edit their profile customization on one particular skin, it either says the customization was saved but actually isn't or freezes altogether, making me have to refresh. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Does the same thing happen on a unmoddified default style?

Saving looks fine on the unmodified default! It says saved and I can click okay; then it lets me view my profile as normal. But it still displays the wrong font despite "verdana" being checked..

Then you would need to contact the person that developed the style, obviously there is something wrong with the style.

I made the style haha. :( I have no idea why it would be doing that, the coding all looked fine and it was a fairly simple theme without much added to it.

Compare the code in your modified templates versus the default templates. Especially pay attention to any changes in the header, headinclude, and footer templates. Something has changed that you have not updated in your custom style.
