You probably gave the forum "SMS Donation" broken HTML as forum title.

Looks ok, check the forum settings compare it to the two you have above see what is different

Since the button "Edit Forum" is gone, I guess you'll have to access the edit forum URL by using this http://yourdomain.com/admincp/forum.php?do=edit&f=forumid&s=
Edit forumid with the forumid of your broken forum category.

I'm not sure, you must of added something somewhere which is causing that.
Check your plugins, your forumdisplay templates, etc.

Or there's a possibility the site has been compromised, if you have no idea what that is.

i have deleted the catagory B) and its back to normal thanks guys!
