How could i use the header, navbar and footer templates in phpmydirectory script?

Hello,

I want to integrate vbulletin with PMD script and i dont know how to put the header, navbar and footer of vbulletin over PMD script.

Could somebody give advice on how to do it or where i can get a solution?.
