what is standard at the bottom of the forum home, on the top of my page, how do i set up? i searched about an hour in the admin settings but dont find out how to put this on top of my page.

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

Arn't there two plugin versions in that addon thread - one for the bottom, one for below navbar?

I got this Plugin from here and it's one of the most used add-ons here so I think somebody can help me :cool:
You need to post it here (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=231098) this is what I mean and as this is not supported, still in beta, has not been updated since 2010, and has only 11 pages.
1) Support might be slow.
2) This is no way close to what is classed as the most used plugins
