I am trying to embed a countdown timer but I can not get it to work, only works if you click on the link on the forum page, I want it to be able to see it on the forum page. Here is what I am trying to embed

hi, that timer works fine. where you trying to place the counter time, forumhome?
the screenshot i am adding was placed in forumhome.

my guess is, you would need a iframe BBCode to insert a code like that into your post. though i could be wrong. because i have never needed to add iframes to posts.
You could make a "greenville" custom bbcode and copy that html to it, if you just want a way to post the timer. Of course if it's not your site you can't do that, and if it is your site you could put the timer anywhere you wanted by editing templates.

Ok, this seems to work in FF and IE. Not tested in other browsers.
Add the following BBCode to your boards.
FYI: this is only set for the size and width of the code you posted.

yes it is my site but I am a dummy when it come to something like this so I need some simple instructions for dummies :D thanks for all the replies, maybe I will be able to figure something out in a few days, keep the ideas coming!!

Deerman, i'll make a video later on how to add the bbcode if ya want?, you cant add iframe to posts with it. it very easy to add to BBCode section. like, a few minutes. if you want me to add it, let me know mate.
