How to remove My activities in Profile, HELP!

in vBulletin 5 in my profile it shows what threads I have created that isn't really a problem but what makes it a problem is that a preview of the thread if not all of the thread is showing how can I remove the thread being shown or the whole tab together

Go to the profile page and edit page. Press the pencil on the Profile Module to edit and uncheck Activities. A word of caution, if you do not have an Activities tab then you will not receive Visitor Messages either.
