Change users' primary usergroup based on age entered at registration

Hi again, dudes and dudettes. ;) This is slightly related to a thread I posted earlier this week, but now I'm thinking of going about it a different way. Since there's no way I can age-restrict a particular forum on VB 4, is there a way I can have VB automatically add members to a certain usergroup based on the age they entered at registration? This wouldn't necessarily have to occur immediately, just at some point during their first week on the forum.

I'm just wondering if there's a way I can have the forum do this for me instead of us having to do it manually. Promotions would work for this purpose if only they included birthdates as a data field. :erm:

Thanks, ForceHSS. I have no problem hiring someone to do the coding; but before I resort to that, I'm wondering if there's an existing mod or if it's something I could do myself. Sounds like the answer to both is no.

Ah, I see what you mean... that comes close but doesn't quite hit the mark. Sounds like we will either need to hire a coder or manage it manually. Thanks for the response!
