Custom Hack anyone interested?

I need to have vB be integrated with a cgi script: Home Free. Basically when users sign up for Home Free, I need to create an account with vB. This should also apply with password changes and user deletions.

Lastly, when user logs in the cgi script they should also be 'cookied' in vBulletin.
